The respect of your privacy is our reliability guarantee, in full accordance with law 196/03 and with the regulations imposed by Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament relevant to the protection of physical persons concerning the use of personal data and data circulation; by Directive 97/66/EC for the protection of privacy in the telecommunications sector; by Directive 97/07/EC and Legislative Decree n. 185/99 concerning customer protection in remote purchasing; by Directive 00/31/EC for the electronic commerce; by Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 "code for the protection of personal data"; by Legislative Decree n. 70/2003 concerning e-commerce. PRICES
The prices you find in our website are in Euros. If the product destination is Italy or another country of the European Community, in your shopping cart only the delivery freights will be shown, since prices are already VAT included (20%). Also if the product destination is outside the European Community we will charge only the delivery freights, while fees and possible customs duties will be at your expense, when the goods reach your country. You can in any case know the total amount of the delivery freights just sending a message to our e-mail address info@valorogioielli.it. The goods travel with 100% goods value insurance coverage.
DELIVERY TIMES
You can find most of the products we offer in the selection proposed: this means that we are able to deliver the goods within 7 working days, from the receipt of payment by credit transfer confirmation. In the case you may ask for more important items or items available with different prices and weighing in carats, we can fulfil your request within 15 working days maximum, always from payment confirmation receipt. PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by credit transfer with the bank coordinates we will communicate to you once you request the goods, or by cash on delivery if the amount doesn’t exceed 2.500,00 Euros if the item will be shipped in Italy. Now is possible to pay with credit cards Visa and Mastercard through secure sever Banca Sella.
REFUNDS
You will be credited with the amount paid to purchase your jewel, except the delivery freights, within 30 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request. Once we accept your request, we will make a credit transfer to the holder of the account according to the bank coordinates that we kindly ask you to specify in your letter of withdrawal. The costs to send us back the goods are chargeable to you. The goods shall be sent to our site. We reserve the right to return the deliveries with transport additional costs (except different agreements taken). The essential condition to exercise the right of withdrawal is to ensure the integrity of the goods returned.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, concerning the implementation of Directive 97/07/EC, Valoro srl informs that you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. In order to exercise this right, you shall send written communication by insured registered letter, within the following 48 hours of good receipt, at: VALORO GIOIELLI - Piazza Gramsci, 2 - 15045 Valenza Po (AL) - Italia. The returned item shall be completely undamaged, possible fittings, aspect and original packing as well. Before making the refund Valoro srl reserves the right to check the goods, their wholeness and integrity. If shape and content are damaged, or if the goods can’t be put to sale again, the right of withdrawal will not apply.
Accepting the subscription, all the abovementioned terms shall unconditionally be accepted.
